These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Money Manager mobile application and its associated services, including its MCP server (together, the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility & account

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the App. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at sign-up and for keeping your login credentials, device, and any biometric/PIN app lock secure — activity under your account is your responsibility.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own financial management. This license does not permit you to reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App except as permitted by the platform (App Store / Google Play) terms under which you obtained it.

3. Connected services

The App's core functionality depends on services you choose to connect:

We don't control these third-party services and aren't responsible for their availability, accuracy, or conduct.

4. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

5. Not financial advice

The App is a record-keeping and organization tool. Nothing in the App — including categorization, net worth figures, or trend charts — constitutes financial, tax, investment, or legal advice. Figures are only as accurate as the alerts, manual entries, and integrations they are built from.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

7. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by the developer of Money Manager and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the App to you. You retain ownership of the financial data you enter or connect.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that email parsing will be error-free, that every bank-alert format will be recognized, or that the App will be uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Money Manager will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or financial loss, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, mis-categorized or mis-parsed transactions, or any third-party service (Google, Splitwise, or an MCP client) you connect through it — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer of Money Manager from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time, and delete your account in-app from Settings (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, and may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, in whole or in part, at any time.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when the updated Terms are published on this page and, for material changes, presented for acceptance in-app; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
