These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Rahu Ketu Pooja Tracker mobile app ("the App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. What the App is

The App helps individuals and groups keep track of a daily pooja practice observed during the Rahu Kalam period, including reminders, a shared group "diya" marker, per-member completion tracking, and streaks. The App is a personal organization and accountability tool. It does not provide religious, spiritual, or astrological advice, and any Rahu Kalam times shown are calculated estimates provided for convenience — you are responsible for verifying timings against your own religious or cultural authority if precision matters to you.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Groups and shared information

When you join or create a group, other members of that group can see your name, profile picture, and your daily pooja/diya completion status. You are responsible for choosing who you invite to, or accept an invitation from, in a group. Deleting your account removes you from every group and stops future sharing of your status, but does not retroactively remove historical records already generated from your participation (e.g. past streak calculations).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users, including within shared groups.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other accounts, or the systems behind it.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation, or reverse engineer it beyond what applicable law permits.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

5. Content you provide

You retain ownership of any content you upload, such as your profile picture. By uploading it, you grant us a limited license to store and display it within the App to you and, where applicable, to members of your groups, solely to operate the App's features.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that reminders will always be delivered on time or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free — for example, notifications depend on your device's operating system and settings, which are outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including a missed pooja or reminder.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and request deletion of your account at any time — see our Privacy Policy for how.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
